Shipping policy

Delivery is charged on location up to a 5 mile radius from the store. 

We aim to deliver your items either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.  

If you are not likely to be at home when we deliver just tell us in the comments section at checkout where we can safely leave your items.

Click and Collect is free and items are available for collection Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5:00pm from Pets Fayre, 92 London Road, Southborough, TN4 0PP.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

We aim to hold good stocks of every item listed on our website, however occasionally we may be short of stock. If we do not have the stock to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to either wait for the items to come into stock, replace with a similar item or cancel your order / items and have the money returned to your card.
